WELLINGTON.
This day. "Pan Tan." At the E.M. Court to-day four Chinamen were charged with playing Fan Tan, and were fined £5 each. Ah Fung, for keeping a gambling house was fined £10 or a month's imprisonment. Eight Chinamen were also charged with being in a gambling house without lawful excuse and were discharged. At the Divorce Court decrees nisi were granted in the following cases:—Goldstein v. Goldstein, Hornby r» Hornby, and
Millicliamp v. Millichamp; all of Dunedin. ■>
