Feosi a cablegram received to day we learn that the peace of Natal is again endangered. The message states that a highly influential and warlike chief, who rejoices in the patronymic of Mowocb, and whose tribe inhabits Lydenbu,' a district of the Transvaal, has declared war against the Boers, and that open hostilities may be expected to eventuate at no very distant period. We should have thought that the excellent fighting powers of the Dutch colonists, as proved in the recent engagements with the British troops would have frightened the " colored brethren " from seeking a trial of skill and strength, but Mr Mowoch evidently considers himself a match for the " audacious usurpers " of the soil.
