Mr A. has at much trouble and expense imported from London several descriptions of Stoppings much used at home. These Stoppings resist the action of the acid secretions of the mouth, and entirely prevents any metallic taste —a complaint frequently made. It is placed in the Tooth in a soft state, and soon becomes hard, and if resorted to in time renders the extraction of the Tooth unnecessary.
