Melbourne, . Thursday. In the Supremo Court to-day an argument was heard upon an injunction, recently granted, calling upon Commodore Wilson to show cause why he should not be committed for contempt of Court for ordering the re arrest of Bandsman Yates, who deserted from H.M.S. Bacchante. The rule was discharged. A dispute has arisen between Mr Fritchard 'and Mr Prince regarding the ownership of the horses Somnus, Sir Mod red, Idalium, and Hilarious. They have been forcibly seized by Mr Pritchard, and legal proceedings for their recovery are threatened by Mr Prince.
