TO THE RATEPAYERS OP THE TOTARA RIDING. pENTLEMEN,— Having been Nominated as a CANDIDATE for the Representation of the Totara Riding, I have the honor to request your Votes and Interest. I will do my utmost to hare a fair share o tbe Revenue of the Thames County expended in this District. 1 will endeavor to get the Government to construct the main lines of Road leading into the interior of the country.
