DUNEDIN.
This day,
Mr Fish addressed the electors of South Ward last night. He declared to support Government generally, but censured them for not earlier acting on Bryce's advice. He was an incomprisingly free trader, a secularist in education, aud will vigorously oppose the introduction of local option unless accompanied with compensation. He received a vote of confidence.
