Saturday. Messrs T. Kennedy, Macdonald and Co. sold yesterday the properties lately occupied by E. W. Mills and others. The Hon. 0. J. Pharazyn purchased the Lion Foundry for £15,500, the total amount of the sale being £30,8L5.
