This was a plaint for the forfeiture of iheShanou claim at Waitekauri, on the ground of non-working. ' After hearing the evidence, the Warden declared the ground forfeited, and awarded it to plaintiff with costs £7 Bjj; ; i « OTHER CABEB. , The cases of McLaren ,v. W. Nicholls and J. A. E. Turner v. Nicholl were adjourned for the return of summonses," to the 14th inst.

The cases of J. A. Miller v. E. M. Corbett were withdrawn.
