The Central Board of Health, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon it by Sub-section 3, of Section 20, of "The Public Health Act, 1876," doth hereby make the following Regulation, that is to say.— UPON ite being Publicly Notified by the Local Board of Health of the County of Thames thut .a formidable Infectious Epidemic Disease exists within the -boundaries thereof, that the said Local Board are prepared to provide and .defray all ExpS&es'pi, Food, Nursing, and Medical A? tendance for any Household infected with such Disease, it shall not be lawful for any person other than the medical man or officer of the LocSl Board of Health to enter into - or to visit any -house knowing the same to be occupied by aiiy person suffering f rom BUC h } Disease, or, being in tuch house, to leave it or to remove any ariiol* therefrom, without permission in writing.frpmsuch Local Board, or from any officer whom they may appoint for the purpose of: gbing«uch permission, and this Regulation shall remain in force for three months from the gazetting thereof.
