To Mb Graves Aioeen, Chemist, AtrcKiiND- iSir, —I have much pleasure in bearing testimony respecting tho benefits I have derived by using your Compound Syrup of Eucalyptus of Lime and Quinine. I have been a great sufferer for the last three years ■with chest complaint, during which time I bare been under the care of akilful medical men, both in New Zealand and the neighboring colonies, but cannot say I ever ex perienced any beneficial effects from their treatment. . Last summer I commenced taking your Lime Mixture, and am happy to inform you that I have been steadily improving weekly ever since—notwithstanding two or three severe oolds I have had this winter— and am how almost free from complaint, and can safely say, undoubtedly it is the beat medicine I have overtaken, and as a soothing expectorant it is not to be equalled. I give you my name and address, not for publication, but as a guarantee that what I state here is truthful, and should you at any time wish to refer any person to me, I shall be mos^ happy to inform them of the benefits to be derived from a fair trial of your invaluable mixture.— I am, &c. . M.F.D. (The original letter may be seen on application.) The effect upon those afflicted with that dreadful disease CONSUMPTION, and its k'ndred chest affections, is best described in the language* of one who experienced benefit, as follows:—"After commencing the medicine the orpeotoration came away freely, my cough appeared to be naturally relieved, and I could then sleep at night, although it wag impossible to. get sleep previously—my oheßt seemed to have a weight lifted off it, and I could take a breath with freedom. My appetite is better, and I feel a together stronger, and in a fair way to recover."
