That the mine aud battery be worked on the co-operative principle. ■ 2nd: That all wages men in mine, and i battery, ircluding the mite manager, be puid half current wages fortnightly and in lieu of the other half the net profit mode be divided amongst them to the wages received. 3rd. That all profits from tnbuters be included in prcfit and. lues account for distribution. 4th. That any profits divisible, if not claimed within twelve months, shall be the properly of the Company. Bth. That the amount to be divided between the men 3£ wagtß making 4 wages, with the half already paid, any balance to ciedit of profit and lose account after tuch division to belong to the company. 9th. That the men have the right to leave on the usual conditions, but without losing their interest in the division of profit for the period they may have worked. 10th. That expenses of Head Office be charged against the Company, and that of the Thames Office against Profit arid Lose. 11th. That the Company have the right to terminate the arrangement on giving three mouths' notice. 12th. The Directors'to retain all; aud every power which they now have as regards dismissing men or directing the uffairs of the Company.
