Insurances on the recent fire at Towns* ville include £2625 in the South British Company, half being reinsured in the Standard; £500 in the New Zealand j Company, half reinsured in the South British ; and £500 each with the Colonial and New Zealand Companies. Melbourne, This day. It is understood that £35,000 will be required to pay the liabilities arising out of the later railway accident at Jolimont. The Bank of Victoria offers £500 reward for the discovery of the robber of the missing notes.
