The Irish Land League convention now sitting at Dublin, has passed resolutions declaring the intention of Land Leaguers to oppose any attempt to carry out the provisions of the Irish Land Act until all prisoners now in custody have been released.

London, Sept. 15

A convention under the auspices of the Irish Land League held its first meeting at Dublin today. Over twelve hundred delegates from all parts of Ireland were present, and were addressed by Mr Parnell, who, in his speech, severely criticised the Irish policy of the British Government and denounced the Land Act in unmeasured terms.

Athens, Sept. 15.

Despatches have been received by the Government from the general commanding the forces on the northern frontier, announcing that the Turks have now withdrawn from the whole of the territory in Thessaly and Epirus which was ceded to Greece in the terms of the convention, and that the occupation of the extended frontier by Greek troops is now complete.
