■ ■ ' THIS DAY. /Before H. /( Kenrick, Esq., Warden.) The following cases were disposed of thisr afternoon : — * Eraser v. Mulligan, claim for the surplus ground in the All Nations. Ground applied tor awarded to plaintiff. - Miller r. Brown and Corbett.—These cases wore adjourned for a fortnight. Hosking v. Adams Bros.—An application for a right to use^ a tunnel running through the defendants' ground.—Permission granted on condition that the plaiutiff did not interfere with the defendants, who had a prior right to the tunuel.
