[Rkuteb's Special.] London, September 5. The Morning Post to-day publishes a telegram from Paris, stating that M. Rouston, the French Resident at Tunis, has sent a despatch to his Government informing it that the Bey is acting under orders from the Sultan of Turkey, in supporting and inciting the Arab tribes to rebel against French authority. M. Epuston is further reported to have urged that the deposition of the Bey and the occupation of Tunis by the French are absolutely necessary in order to bring about a settlement of the present disorder in that country^ \ LatkkV' A report published by the Morning Post to-day iy now fully denied.
Sir Chas. Diike, Under Secretary for Foreign Affairs, is now in Paris, where he is conferring with M. Taiard, Minister of Commerce, in regard to the AngloFrench commercial relations. \ Washington, September 5. .•• j President Garh'eld, having sufficiently recovered to be moved, has been conveyed to Long Branch, arriving there safely, today.
