In the concluding part of his speech last; night he said he dreamt concerning the Represensentation Bill that he plainly saw the Premier leading a long procession on his way to the Governor of the Colony, bearingiin his hand the obnoxious hilt; following on the heels of this cortege was Grey, headiug a compact little baud, with
another Representation Bill—one that would be for the benefit of the colony— and saying with a loud voice, " Look ou this picture and then on that-" There was Jaid on the table in the House yesterday a return showing the amounts paid to the different members of Koyal Commissions of last year, «nd other expenses.
