[Ueuter's,',. Special.] Constantinople August 31. Muteasary Pasha (sic), Governor of Payazid in Armenia, has been dismissed by the Sultan for notorious corruption in the administration of the Government of the district. Intelligence is to hand from Prishend showing that the rebellions feeling which showed itself amongst the Albanian tribes some time back is reviving and fears are entertained that a fresh insurrection may break out. ; Alexandbia, September 2. In consequence of the serious discontent which recently manifested itself in the Egyptian army, and in view of the possibility of a disturbance occurring, D. Malet, C.8., British Minister at Cairo, has sent .a mission to the Sultan asking that Turkish troops and war vessels be despatched to that country in the event ot an outbreak occurring. NewTobk, September 2. A severe drought is now being experienced throughout the-States, and isprov-' ing of serious consequence in the pastoral and agricultural States. The want of rain is also being. felt in Canada, where the dry weather has resulted in most destructive forest fires. Numerous farms have been burnt, and farming stock and ■crops have been destroyed. .
