Scarlet Fever.

It is with great sorrow we learn that scarlet fever has broken out again in the township—two children of Mrs Gibbons, a resident of Brown street, having died from the effects of the disease. It appears the children were alive and well two days ago, and it is said the disease was communicated from clothes sent to the house to be washed. The Board of Health will hold a special meeting on Monday morning, and steps will be taken to investigate certain circumstances that have come to the knowledge of the Health Officer, pointing to the cause of the present outbreak of the disease.
