Seven fresh cases of small pox have been reported to the Board of Health. The sufferers are children named Byder, at Waterloo, whose case hds since proved fatal; a man named Emerson, and a boy named Barford, residing in Sussex street; a man named McCallum, residing in Macquarrie street; a man named Oxenham, of Eedfern ; a man named Johnson, of Moore Park ; and a man named Fitzpatrick. :This last mentioned person called at the Infirmary for medical advice when in was discovered that he was suffering from smallpox. He, and all the other sufferers have been removed to the quarantine station, and their various residences have been isolated.
