There has been another row in the Liberty office, men from Kangiora, Hossack, Blackett, and Sanson by name, went there today and complained of a paragraph in the paper, the editor was not. to be seen this time, but the intruders were not to be denied satisfaction, which they obtained by smashing up a quantity of matter ready for publication to-morrow, aud doing some other damage. In the row one of the compositors was struck over the head with a galley, but was not badly hurt. The police appeared ou the scene, and two of the offenders were arrested. Hossack seems to hare been the principal, the others merely looked on. There were six or seven men in the office at the time. Bail was allowed, and the case will be heard tomorrow as one of wilful damage.
At the li.M. Court this morning Henry Blackett, son of the Mayor of Kangiora, John Horsacks, and John Lawson were charged with wilful damage (o type in the Liberty office, where they went yesterday to obtain satisfaction for certain paragraphs published in that paper. On the application of Mr Stringer a remand was granted till Wednesday next.
