A ministerial crisis has occurred in this country, and has resulted in a serious discontent manifesting itself in the Egyptian army. Osman Pasha Relki, Minister of War, has, in consequence, been dismissed by the Khedive. It is understood that His Majesty in view of the crisis, desires to assume the position of President of the Council of Ministers.
