The Shares are offered on the following terms, viz.:—ss on application. 2s 6d per Share on Ist September, and 2s 6d per Share on Ist October, 1881. Tha Director* have alloted 19,000 Shares to the original Shareholders, and reserve 5,000 Shares for purchase of adjoining claim or claims ; the ba ance of 6,000 are offered as above. The Company's ground adjoins theDulcibel and Martha Claims at Waihi, in which the reef (37 feet through) has been proved to be gold-bearing at different points Lhrough the ground. The cold from this district has been sold for £3 14s 6d per oz. As soon as the Mine is opened up and the battery erected, it is confidently expected the Company will be able to work and crush the quartz- without calls upon the Shareholder*. The quartz can be won and sent to the battery for 3s 6d per ton, and crushed for about the same anaount. ••*JRie Company has secured the water right, and, in a few months, it is expected the returns froth the Mine will prove highly remunerative.
