In the House to-day the Goldfields Committee brought up a report on the petition for the removal of Warden E'jbinson, to the effect that the charges made against him were entirely unsupported, and that in future no petition? preferring charges against a judicial" officer should be received until the; charges bad been investigated by the Minister of Justice. The report wag referred to the Standing Orders committee to consider.
