Telegrams are to hand from Tunis, announcing tfo'aThostilities have occurred at Sfax, a seaport town on the Tunis Coast, between a detachment of the French troops and the Arab tribes resident there. Serious eviction riots have occurred at Mitchelstown, in County Cork, Ireland, the scene of serious disturbances on the 28th May last.
