It has transpired that the French Government has communicated with Ahmen Izzet Pasha, Governor General of Tripoli, complaining o^ the intrigues that are being carried on i& that Province to the detriment of the French interests in North Africa, and protesting against the hostile military preparation, which it is alleged is being made "tt the present time.
