la the Legislative Assembly to-night, the debate ou the want of confidence in tbe Ministry was resumed, and is still proceeding.
Adelaide, Tuesday.
la the Legislative Council to-day the Hon. J. C. Bray, Premier of the new Ministry, made a statement in which he intimated that a measure would be introduced for the reform of the Legislative Council. The bill would provide for the adoption of the Norwegian scheme, in order to prevent a deadlock. He further stated that proposals would be submitted for the imposition of a Property Tax, atid for the extension of railways in the colony.
