In our three prospecting drives, I ammnable to report any improvement. la the upper levels we see gold each breaking, as usual, but have found no specimens the last week. Preparations for resuming work on the 300 ft level, will be finished this evening. If one of our tributera are -get*. ting good crushings. In the Section' lately worked on tribute by Pesrce and party, I have started men on company's account. —I am, &c, J. W. Walkeb."
