Sydney, This day. A fresh case of small pox is reported this morniog. It has occurred at the house ia Surry Hills, in which the car* penter who died on the 17th instant was attacked, and which has been kept in quarantine. The carpenter's child, who is confined with thirteen others in the hou3e, has now sickened with the disease.
The steamship Ocean, from Hongkong, with 480 Chinese, has arrived off the porJ, but will not eater. She has been ordered on to Melbourne.
