ASHBURTON.

This day. A fire broke out last night at nine o'clock, at the shop of Euxton, a tailor, next door to Quills' Hotel, and in half an hour the shop and premises were consumed. The house belonged to Quill, and was valued at £300. It was insured for about half that amount, and the stock and furniture were insured for £430. The cause of the fire is unknown.
