DUNEDIN.
This day. Frank Oottrell, who was barman at the Industrial Exhibition, committed suicide on Saturday night, about midnight, by jumping off the wharf. He had been discharged that night, and having a wife at home .confined to her bed he became low spirited. He left his pocket book on the wharf, giving his name and address. He also left his upper clothing. The body was found yesterday. There were 3,000 fisitors at the Industrial Exhibition on Saturday, and over £120 was taken in single admission tickets. People had to be refused admission after 8 o'clock.
