"5f ESTE RTVA. V (Before H. Kenrick, Esq., 8.M.) MCILHONE V. BBHA 4MSBAKAMA.. Claim, £4 10s, amount of 1.0. U. Mr Brassey appeared for plaintiff, and Mr Campbell for defendent. Mr D. Tookey acted as interpreter. Defendant was called, and denied the liability. If he signed the document produced, he must hare been drunk. After hearing some further evidence, the case was adjourned till next Court day for the production of Mr Blaio.
