This day. The following members of the Assembly left per train this afternoon for Onehunga, in order to take passage by the Hinemoa for Wellington :—Sir George. Grey, Dr Wallis, F, A. Whitaker, and" Chamberlain. Swanson and Dignan drove out. Reader Wood, J. B. Whyte, and Colbeck go by the Penguin on Sunday, and W. A. Murray by the Kingarooma. The City of Sydney left San Francisco on Saturday, the 4th instant, and is expected here on the 26th or 27th
The Licensing Court refused to grant any new licenses.
The most of the Auckland members go in the Hinemoa this afternoon: '' ' More rich specimens from Blackmore's claim at the Tiki, Coromandel; £175 is offered tor an eighth share.
