[Before A . J. Allom, Esq., Begistrar.] BE 8. STRONGMAN. Mr Miller made application for debtor's discharge. The trustee's report showed that the liabilities were £78, assets £15, but of no value. Mr Miller applied for bankrupt's discbarge. The trustee's report showed that the debtor was a chemist and druggist having started business fire years ago. To do so. he mortgaged his stock and at first did well. Bad times coming made it impossible for him to pay interest and principal in monthly instalments, and the mortgagee stepped in and sold everything. The liabilities were £450, assets £15. Discharge granted.
