DUNEDIN.
Tho opening of the Industrial Exhibition is postponed until the 14th. It has been decided to telegraph to the Premier, askiug if the Ministry are prepared to assist, if the promoters forward invitations to all members of both Houses of Parliament to be present at the opening ceremony or shortly afterwards. The Tarorua Enquiry. The judgment in the Tararua enquiry is to the effect that the wreck was caused by the failure of Capt. Garrard to ascertain the correct position of the ship.
