PBINCE IMPERIALThis was a claim for compensation for workldone in the ground of the defendants, and Which plaintiff alleged was caused by the neglect of the said defendants to keep the 'pigs of their holding in their proper POMr oCampbell0 Campbell appeared for the plaintiffs aqd Mr Miller for the defendants. An application was jwrfe by Mr Miller for an adjournment, on the ground that Slicieni time had not been allowed for Sur defendants to procure witnesses and get op the defence. . v * Adjournment granted till Monday^ _ '' ATKINS T. It appeared the claim consisted of three men's grou«d, and was only held by the, two defendants. It had not been werfcea by three men. ' _. , After hearing the evidence the Warden declared the ground forfeited, but in sunns the order to take, possession to the plaintiff he granted it on condition that Kane and Farrelly should have their interests.
