Meeting of Creditors.
A meeting of the creditors in the estate of Robert Kelly, hotelkeeper, late of Hikutaia, was held at the Court House to-day. Seven or eight creditors were present, and Mr J. Buchanan occupied the chair.
Mr Bfassey, solicitor for the debtor was present, likewise Mr Miller, on behalr of the creditors.
The Bankrupt was examined as to his estate, and the statement put in showed that the assets were £1,700 and the liabilities £900.
Messrs John Buchanan and John Read were elected trustees, and the meeting terminated.
