ABNOLD V. HAMIOBA AND JENKINS V.
BTCBBINGS
These were actions brought against various shareholders in the Sunbeam claim for non working. Mr Verity appeared for the Stnbbings Bros., and stated that they had been working on the ground, but were not now able to do so owing to the other shareholders declining to work. They were anxious to represent their interests.
His. Worship declared the ground forfeited, awarding it to Arnold and Jenkins, and giving the Stubbings Bros. their interests.
ALL WOOD V. MEB CBOMWELL, NEE o'HALLOBAN. This was an action for ejection from a business site on which the defendant had trespassed. Tlie defence set up was that defendant had received permission 'to reside on the allotment from a tenant at will of G. Clotwortuy, the former holder of the allotment.
Plaintiff produced a transfer of the allotment from Mr Hogg, who had obtained it from Clot worthy. Defendant was ordered to move within 24 hours.
Court adjourned.
