A boy named Albert Kirkman,. while cleaning the windows on the second floor of Aicken'B medical establishment, Queen Street, uncautiously stepped upon, and fell through the glass of the verandah to the pavement beneath. He fractured his left wrist. „ The charges against Abbott for holding sweeps on races again failed to-day, the informations being ruled as bad on the objection taken by defendant's counsel.
