At the commencement of Moritzon's case, Mr Smith the leading counsel for prisoner, asked *the Court to request the Press not to publish the evidence till the completion of the case, as otherwise the ordering of witnesses out of Court would be '-uhaTailing, seeing the case could not be completed to-day, the Judge decided he had no pow«r to grant the application. ..'.-■■■
