-Tlie 'above lines were written by Arthur Q'Gonnor, one of the Irish patriots of i£9B, who was confined in Fort George till he died. It was while there he wrote these lines, which he intended to be read as I have numbered them, 1, 2, 3, 4, and so on. . Those who know anything of those times will easily see the reason.
