Justice Done at Last.

We are glad to hear that the Government have at last done justice to the young man, Daldy Me Williams, who, it will be remembered, was shot by the Ngatihakos two years ago while on a survey party. During the recent visit of the Hon. Mr Eolleston, Native Minister, he requested Mr Me Williams to meet him here, but the telegram being delayed, the latter was unable to do so. Howeven Me Williams proceeded to Auckland on Saturday night, and yesterday, interviewed Mr Eolleston, who received him Very kindly and promised that justice would be done to him as soon as he (Mr Kolleston) reached Wellington. McWilliams informs us that he has now quite. got over the effect of the wound, though not yet so strong as formerly.
