NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by an order of this honourable Cowrt of the 6th day of April, 1881, it was ordered that the above named Thomas Healey be, and he was thereby duly adjudged a Bankrupt within the true intent and meaning of. the above mentioned Acts, and it was thereby further ordered that the said Thomas Healey do appear before, this, honorable Court on TUESDAY, the 3rd day of May, 1881, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon,'and then and there submit io be examined as by the said Acts is provided : and notice is hereby further given that by virtue of the powers, vested in me by the 36th section of the said "Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876," I have at the request of the Petitioning Creditors appointed THURSDAY, the 21st day of April instant, at the hour of eleven o'clock in the forenoon at the District Court-house st Grahamstown, aforesaid, aa the time and place for holding the first Meeting of Creditors of the said Thomas Healey, and for the att?ndarice of the said Thomas Healey at such meeting, and I thereby notify the same accordingly.
