London, March 30. A bulletin issued this evening regarding the health -of the Earl of Beaconsfield, reports he has suffered a relapse, and is now in a critical state. Much anxiety is felt throughout the country with regard to His Lordship's illness. Latek.—March 31. A bulletin issued this morning states that Earl Beaconsfield r 'passed a quieter night, and is no worse since the relapse set in. Hopes are still entertained for his lordship's recovery. London, March 31. The Bank of South Australia has declared a dividend of 5 per cent, for the half year ended 31st December last, and carries forward £4,C00 to its reserve. The Court has dismissed the Bradlaugh appeal against the disallowance of his demurrer in the action Clarke versus Bradlaugh, to recover penalties from the latter for sitting and voting in the House of Commons without first taking the oath. „ It is generally expected in European political circles tiat Greece wiil acquiesce
in the proposal made by Turkey, and approved of by the Powers, for the settlement of the frontier question^ Calcutta, March 31. Intelligence has been received from Afghanistan that a large body of Heratees and Candahares have been in rebellion against Ayoub Khan at Herat, and are besieging the city.
