The Diorama.

The Confederate Diorama last night again attracted a fair bouse. Lieutenant Herman, in his ventriloquial entertainment kept the audience in extreme good humour through the medium of his little character " Georgey," and the local hits were received with great zest. Previous to the gifts Lieut. Hermau presented the silver service to the gentleman who was the author of the best conundrum, and who received it amidst cheers from the audience. The gifts comprised a large number of useful articles, and a suite (six chairs and couch, in green damask) which fell to the lot of No. 200, Mr Cookson, of Brown street, being the fortunate holder. No. 91 was first called, but being non est, after repeated calls to the audience to give them time to look it up, Lieut. Herman awarded it to No. 200.
