WARDEN'S COURT.
THIS DAY.
(Before H. Kenrick, Esq., Warden.) ATKINS V. P. K. DONNELLY AND OTHEES. There was a plaint for the forfeiture of the Brian Bora claim, on the ground of non working. The evidence of the complainant showed but two men had been working in the claim. P, K. Donnelly, sworn deposed—Dillon
and another abandoned the ground, but myself and McGowan are working. His Worship made an order forfeiting the claim, and handing it over to G. A.tkins, McGowan, and P. %. Donnelly, costs to be paid by Lata the former shareholder who had not legally abandoned his interest. HILL T. BABLOW.
This case was adjourned till Tuesday 28th inst by mutual consent. This concluded the business.
