Claim, £2 10s.—Mr Brassey for plaintiff. —After hearing evidence in this case, the Court adjourned the case until next day. JAMES MARSHALL V. JOHNSON. Claim, £-1. 13s 7d.—la this case Mr Miller appeared for the plaintiff.—Judgment for plaintiff with costs. ' EYAN V. BOSS. . ,,. „ Mr Miller appeared for defendant, and applied for an adjournment. The adjournment was granted until next Court day, the defendant to pay costs of the day. BOBBETT V. TAIPAKI. Judgment in this case was confessed, the amount being £37 10s.—Mr Miller appeared for plaintiff and Mr Cuff for defendant. HOSIE V.' WOODS. j Claim, £4 13s 3d.—ln this case MiMiller appeared for the plaintiff.—Judgment for plaintiff with costs. SMALL AND GOBDON "V. REUBEN PAKE G-.M CO. Mr Miller said that in this case the debt and costs of the Court had been paid into Court, but no solicitor's expenses had been paid up. He did not receive notice of payment into Court. The certificate had to be obtained, and that had not been paid for either. The Court gave judgment for £1 7s 2d, in addition to that paid into the Court. YERRALL V. ONYON AND SPENCER. This was a claim for £8, rent of the Memsahib, of which plaintiff was the owner. Mr Brassey appeared for defendant, and Messrs Miller and Cuff for the plaintiff. Mr Brassey applied for an adjournment until next court day. The case was adjourned till next court day. Court adjourned.
