QTEWARTSTOWN is splendidly situated O in the centre of the Block, on the main line of roHd to the Hot Lake District, and within 12 miles of the Town and Port of Tauranga. The Te Pake Block, from its position and the superior quality of its soil, bids fair to shortly become one of the tnoet flourishing districts of the North Island, and will form the centre of a very large area of magnificent country now being negotiated for, and which will ere long be open for settlement. lf§P° It is contemplated shortly to connect Stewartstown with the Port of Taurau^a by A STEAM TRAMWAY.
