At a meeting of the Waitoa Prospecting Associatioa it was resolved to form a company of 10,000 shares, 1500 reserved. The following were elected directors :— Messrs GK S. O'Halloran, Parr, Collins, Smith, and, Mr H. E. Whitaker, legal manager. The firewood for the battery will cost) 6s 6d per ton. No sigu of the timbesyet.
