Tlie genoral meeting of the shareholders' in Keropthorne and Prosser's ix:ew Zealand Drug Company was held yesterday. The report showed that the nett profit amounted to £8380 11s, to which vTas added balance, profit and loss from previous year, £2227 15s Bd—total, £10,617 6s Bd. The directors recommended a dividend of ten per cent., absorbing £7180 9s, and that £3436 17s 8d be carried forward. The report was adopted, and the directors were re-elected.
