Morning Star.—The drive started shortly before Mr Jenkius assumed the management is now in sixty feet, and gold, more or less, has been seen the whole distance. In the face the lead is eighteen inches thick, and has an excellent appearance, while the country is all that could be desired. A winze was started yesterday at the mouth of the drive, and will be eventually connected with the drive put into the Morning Star boundary by the Smile of Fortune.
Smile of Fortune. —The shareholders have started the winze on the Morning Star boundary.
